These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phcom platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using phcom, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phcom, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory and may be requested at any time.
phcom operates under applicable Philippine gaming laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Players must ensure online gaming is legal in their location.
Each player is permitted one phcom account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. Use your real identity when registering — no aliases.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Full bonus terms are detailed in each promotion.
Cheating, collusion, use of bots, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. phcom reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse is detected.
phcom provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these tools and to seek help if gaming becomes a problem.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phcom ("phcom," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the phcom platform at phcom.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use phcom.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the phcom Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms apply to all users of the phcom Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing phcom from any device or location.
2.3 phcom reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phcom Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the phcom Platform. This requirement is in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing online gaming. phcom strictly prohibits access by minors.
3.2 Age Verification. phcom reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to provide satisfactory age verification may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the phcom Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phcom does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Players accessing phcom from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use phcom:
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the phcom Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If phcom identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances — including winnings — may be forfeited at phcom's sole discretion.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your phcom Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or another person's identity.
4.3 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details, address, or payment information changes, you must update your Account promptly. phcom is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information.
4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). phcom may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any time. This may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Your phcom Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcom login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
5.2 phcom strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number at each login.
5.3 You must notify phcom immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. Contact our support team via live chat at the earliest opportunity.
5.4 phcom will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.5 phcom will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
6.1 Supported Payment Methods. phcom supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Supported methods may change from time to time. phcom does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phcom does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Philippine payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified players only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
6.5 Withdrawal Verification. phcom reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting updated identification documents or proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed during verification periods.
6.6 Currency. All transactions on the phcom Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phcom is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.
6.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phcom reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you by email.
7.1 phcom offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. phcom reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
7.4 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phcom reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not available to players who have opted out of marketing communications unless they opt back in.
7.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are not transferable between accounts.
8.1 All bets placed on the phcom Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including live casino, slots, bingo, sabong, and sports betting. Game rules are accessible within each game or product section of the Platform.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the phcom system. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid and will not be settled.
8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on phcom. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by phcom at any time without prior notice.
8.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, phcom reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant players. phcom's decision in such matters is final.
8.5 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during a game or bet, phcom's server records will be used to determine the outcome. phcom is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on your end.
8.6 Sabong Betting. Live sabong betting on phcom is subject to the rules of the cockpit operator streaming the match, in addition to phcom's general betting rules. In the event of a conflict, phcom's rules take precedence for settlement purposes.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcom Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.2 phcom employs fraud detection systems and monitors player activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Players found to be in violation of this section will have their Accounts suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided.
10.1 All content on the phcom Platform — including but not limited to the phcom brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of phcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phcom Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phcom content.
10.3 Any unauthorized use of phcom's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 The phcom Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcom makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content on it.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phcom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.3 phcom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcom Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phcom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from the phcom Platform, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion tool in your Account settings. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
12.3 Age Restriction. phcom strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access phcom, please report this to our support team immediately.
12.4 If you believe your gaming is becoming a problem, we encourage you to visit our Responsible Gaming page for resources, tools, and guidance. Gaming should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress.
13.1 phcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phcom reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, phcom reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
13.3 You may close your phcom Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification.
14.1 phcom reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phcom will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the phcom Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to phcom's customer support team for resolution. phcom aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
